Description
Power Systems & Controls Rotary Frequency Converter (Series RFC) motor generators are the mainstay of the aircraft ground support, computer and maintenance facility 400Hz industry. They are designed to meet power requirements of the latest military commercial aircraft as well as 400Hz avionics, missile, computer, radar equipment and other frequency changing applications.
The vertical/horizontal design results in a 150,000 hour bearing life and minimizes floor space requirements. Its robust design is more suitable than its static equivalent STATIC FREQUENCY CONVERTER for harsh environments. These machines are specifically designed to provide long service life in the environments of airports, hangers and manufacturing facilities.
