System Description
The Series DTS transformers are designed with Delta primary and Wye secondary windings to supply isolated power to sensitive computer based equipment. They are designed to meet or exceed the U. S. Federal Government telecommunications standards. They have multiple voltage capability on both the input and the output. They come equipped with an electrostatic shield for noise attenuation as well as surge protection. They are capable of operation at either 50 or 60 Hertz with no drop in the capacity rating. The standard Series DTS transformer is supplied with copper windings and a high grade, low loss oriented silicon steel core for higher reliability and higher efficiency. They are also supplied with multiple taps for maximum flexibility in adjusting to variable or unknown supply voltages.Design Features
