Understanding The Mission

Since our inception in 1965, Power Systems and Controls has been asked by our most valuable customers (You) to play a key role in the teamwork, which is required to complete the mission. This may include a field power survey conducted in the most remote and dangerous places or it may be a simple as a complex load calculation - we are there.

Speed

PS&C understands the mission 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It is our job to complete the task as requested, as a minimum, albeit we will make many suggestions along the way. However, we will not forget, you are the customer and the customer is never wrong. We accept the task to complete the mission in the most expeditious method and to ensure you are 100% comfortable and satisfied with the results you are presented with. Our seasoned professionals will not be happy, if you are not happy.

Accuracy

It is our job to ensure the information we present to our customers is 100% accurate. If our information is incorrect, our customers will most likely make uninformed decisions and ultimately, mistakes. This is the worse possible scenario for PS&C, a customer that has received bad products or services. We pride ourselves in knowing we are the world class service provider that our customers have come to depend on and "good enough" is not!!
