We load test the DC while discharging and we measure the internal resistance at the same time. This gives us a snap shot of the DC plant under load, or more importantly, at the worse possible time. We have a rectifier repair program that allows us the time to replace your worn down magnetics during off hours and send those magnetics removed, to the shop for rewind and or replacement. In this concept of seeding, we have a fresh set of inductors/magnetics waiting for the right opportunity to be installed.
