The Public Service Board (PSB) of El Paso, Texas is the seven-member board of trustees that manages and controls El Paso Water Utilities and its systems – water, wastewater, reclaimed water and stormwater. The board also oversees expenditures and the application of revenues. Six members are appointed by the El Paso City Council. The seventh member is the mayor, who represents municipal government.

The Public Service Board went with rotary uninterruptible power supplies from Power Systems & Controls to protect their mission critical facilities. They selected Power Systems & Controls in a competitive bid process because of our extensive footprint in Texas, proven track record, and our ability to answer all their questions in a timely and precise manner. We look forward to adding El Paso to our long list of satisfied Texas customers.
