The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is a public research university and is part of the North Carolina state university system. It was established in 1789 and and claims to be the oldest public university in the United States. University of North Carolina or UNC is best known nationally for its college basketball prowess. 

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has awarded Power Systems & Controls a contract to supply 250kVA rotary uninterruptible power supply systems.
