Baker’s Bay is a 3-mile-long bay an island with a clear and aqua sea grass bed in the Sea of Abaco, is a favorite destination of Abaco Island boaters for years. Baker’s Bay is home to foraging and nesting sea turtles of up to five species. It is also home to a wide variety of sharks and large fish. Baker’s Bay is created by two mangrove rivers from the island, which are important estuaries for the island’s coral reef. Power Systems & Controls is sending a 250KVA RFC to Baker’s Bay to support a private customer whose yacht is stationed on-site. PS&C looks forward to this new venture and welcoming another satisfied customer.

Mountain Home Air Force Base

MARCH 2009

Power Systems & Controls has been selected to supply (3) Rotary Frequency Converter systems to Mountain Home Air Force Base. The Mountain Home Air Force Base is located in southwestern Idaho, and has been home of the 366th Fighter Wing since 1972. Our Series RFC, rotary frequency converters, will be used to provide 400Hz power to the fighter jets. The contract specialist explained why they decided to go with PS&C over the competitor, “Power Systems & Controls makes a superior Frequency Converter according to the technical proposal and product specification. They are also well known in the industry and have a solid Field Service Division.” We look forward to supporting the Mountain Home AFB and am glad they went with PS&C – The Power Is On!
